More lovely Spring weather

Well we have had some great Spring weekend weather in Melbourne and the plants are very happy indeed.  I have got my seedlings on the go for my early tomatoes, zucchini and egg plant and am hoping for some bumper crops into the Summer.

The landscape work is slowly evolving - more fence painting out of the way, bark laid, and some work on the side garden.

The Blog is still a work in progress - a little each week and it will get there - just like the garden :)  The comments section should be working now, so feel free to make comments, ask questions or include a link to your blog.  Have a "silly question" and don't want to make it public - then email me at sarah_mod@yahoo.com.au with the title "Blog Question" and I will try and help out.

September Site Update

Well I must admit that I have been a bit of a bad egg and haven't completed my site updates in the time I specified.  I will keep working on it though.

The garden is taking on a life of its own with the promise of Spring in the air.  We have almost finished painting the fence too!.  I have two tomato plants on the go already, but at this time of year I need to get cracking on the Summer seedlings.  I am only going to add tomatoes, basil, eggplant and zucchini, but I have to make a start or they will be going in the ground quite late in the season.

Thanks for you patience

The update is still underway

Hi all

For those who regularly look at the blog you will see that I have made some progress with my page updates, and equally you will see that I have stacks of work yet to do.  I am hoping to get some more design work done tomorrow afternoon.

On the garden front - the start of Spring (3 days in) has been wonderful and the weather has been lovely and warm.  All of my plants are doing well, aside from the lemon thyme which has died a sad death.  I will get a new one soon.

Better dash and actually do some practical work on the page so I can get back to providing some more useful updates which are actually about plants and landscaping.
